Maximum Occupancy Year Round
- Summer months filled – a 2 bedroom condo in our program averages $23,000 gross between July & August.
- Winter months filled – With your approval, we normally switch from nightly rentals/rates to monthly come mid October to ensure a strong steady income through the winter, then we switch back to nightly rentals come April/May.
